Avalanche Danger

Meet Thomas, a popular and well-known local mountain climber. Thomas’ familiarity with the local mountains allows him to accurately predict when an avalanche might occur. Avalanches are very dangerous and should be avoided whenever possible. The security experts on the mountain give advice and guidance on how to avoid avalanches. The best way for people to stay safe is by following this advice. However, at times the skiers and snowboarders get careless and forget that an avalanche could endanger their lives. Two young female skiers, Dorothy and Sandra, missed the avalanche warnings announced by the mountain security staff. Because of this, they have not taken necessary precautions to avoid a sudden landslide of snow. Unfortunately, they are the only two people left in the ski area. Mountain climber Thomas has been alerted that the two girls are alone in the ski area. He has been warned that they are unaware of the current danger of an avalanche. Thomas is very familiar with the terrain of the mountain and is sure that he can assist the girls and possibly save their lives. Let’s accompany Thomas on this adventure to help Dorothy and Sandra, and to teach them to be more aware of avalanche danger in the future.
