Portal to the Past

Nancy and her dad Richard really enjoy spending time in the outdoors. They often go for hikes in the nearby forest where they can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Today Nancy and Richard have stumbled upon an old abandoned village. The village is full of interesting things, so they decide to stay there for a while to see what they can discover. After walking around the village for a few hours, Nancy and Richard get the impression that they have gone backwards through time. They may have entered a portal to the past. They notice there are many vintage objects that are from before their time, but appear to be in brand new condition. This seems really odd to them.
